Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Carriers: We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the most efficient method.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

Return Policy

We want you to love your candles! If there’s an issue, we’re happy to help.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for unused and unopened candles within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges: If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items: Please email us at ofcuriousnature906@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

Before sending back a return, you must request an RMA number:

Email us at ofcuriousnature906@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, you’ll receive an RMA number and return instructions.

Clearly write the RMA number on the package and ship it back within 7 days.

Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
